ZTE showcases Axon 10s Pro, confirms Snapdragon 865 and 5G

 

Chinese phone maker- ZTE- just surprised the whole world by suddenly announcing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865-equipped phone, ZTE Axon 10s Pro 5G.  Today ZTE announced the successor on Weibo, and its name is Axon 10s Pro, which will be having 5G connectivity support.

Surprisingly, the official message did not include any details about the usage of Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. However, later, the company account confirmed the new flagship platform by Qualcomm in the comment section.

The Axon 10s Pro 5G does indeed possess the latest and the most powerful chipset by Qualcomm until date. Thus, ZTE’s flagship will support 5G networks in dual-mode NSA / SA. This means that the handset would be more capable to take advantage of a larger number of 5G bands for a faster and smoother browsing experience. Moreover, ZTE’s phone will come pre-installed with MiFavor 10 system based on Android 10.

Moreover, the smartphone will be equipped with the latest Wi-Fi standard i.e. Wi-Fi 6 standard. The Snapdragon 865 used, combine with Snapdragon X55 modem, which can also enhance the smoothing of browsing experience by providing better bandwidth and higher theoretical download speeds both over 5G and LTE. Moreover, ZTE’s phone will come pre-installed with MiFavor 10 system based on Android 10.

 

 

In addition, Axon 10s Pro 5G includes high-speed LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.0 fast storage as well as a healthy battery life of 4000mAh. Most interestingly, the smartphone will come up with ZTE’s self-developed AI engine ‘Z-Booster 2.0 algorithm’, which intelligently allocates the system resources through AI. Z-Booster 2.0 can help in accelerating and optimizing games and can perform multi-tasking to maximize the performance of the machine.

The images of the device suggest that there are no major changes on the outside of the phone- two major shooters, along with the third one and a flash. In addition, the logo and brand of the company are still on the smartphone.
